It's just what we were looking for. I bought this for my son. We live in Washington and experience a lot of rain. I wanted a light weight waterproof coat he could wear over his sweaters since it's fall and not that cold yet. It's have worked great and I'd definitely recommend. It's pretty thin though so if you are looking for a warmer rain coat I wouldn't buy this.

Wonderful rain jacket. My 8 year old usually wears a medium and sometimes can fit a large. I ordered a medium and he still has room for at least another year's growth. I also ordered the royal blue color. Very vibrant. Very lightweight. I recommend this jacket.
