Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. The sizing is spot on. The material looks durable. The zippers look to be good quality. It fits over my vest-style puffer jacket for layered insulation. The included pouch - sewn into the area over your stomach and into the same piece where you can put your hands inside - is a nice idea to protect something lightweight from the elements. Maybe even a cell phone.I didn't pay attention when ordering but was happy when I read that the jacket could be stowed within its built-in pouch. See photos. Well, I may not be the smartest person around, but... So: this pouch is completely sewn in all the way around. Pull it out as instructed and you have yourself a piece of mesh fabric that is stitched on all sides with no way in. There's even a zipper fob on the inside. Clearly the intent is to be able to access this, now inverted (as instructed), pouch. There's no way in from the other side if you flip the jacket inside out. If you stuff the lining of the pouch back in where it came from, sure you can stuff the jacket into this opening. But why? It makes a mess. It can't be zipped up. I'm better off just folding and rolling it and then stowing it in my pack or suitcase. This does not detract from the product. But, it leaves me scratching my head. Is there some online forum for am I the idiot? I might need to apply. Or, maybe, something got lost in translation somewhere.
