The particular weave or combination of fabrics does actually make you cooler and the breathability is particularly noticeable as you move around. As a nurse, I move around fairly constantly, so this is a big help in the hotter months. Great for working out as well!

I bought this for my husband, we have a husky so even if it's cold outside he needs long walks. My husband said it actually keeps me to warm somedays. Definitely worth buying if you're in the cold for long periods of time.
