Bought this product to wear under my wedding clothes. It can be a struggle to get on and off, but once it's on it hold the guy in nicely. It's almost as if I'm sucking my stomach in but the compression shirt hold it all in for me. I have no trouble breathing when it's on and while it's tight, it's not super uncomfortable. The only down side I can see is, I'm someone who runs hot on the norm, so I can see this thing making me sweat if I have to wear it for longer than an hour. Although the environment you are wearing it in can help or hurt that. Overall shocked it worked so well. I wear a 3x and bought a size down to get the full compression.

OMG - this is the best of the best. The quality is amazing and the compression power is perfect. I am a 365 pound male and the one I got fit perfectly. I have a little stomach - yes big guy little pug and I wanted it gone. I put on this compression shirt and babam it was gone - one lady even said You must workout a lot LOL - Y'all this is a must purchase....

I have some significant gynecomastia, (boobs on a man), which this shirt keeps in check. It also keeps the jiggle in my belly a little less obvious, but I needed I so people would make eye contact with me, (excuse me, my eyes are up HERE is not something any man wants to say).They suggest that you step into it through the neck and slide it up, then wrestle your shoulders/arms through their respective openings that seems to keep my rack where I want it to be.The shirt itself is great, but the piping that covers the fabric on the neck and arm holes is worthless on every one I have purchased it comes undone every time. I hand-stitched it back on the first shirt I got which took forever so on the second one I cut the stitching off and removed the piping. That was easier, faster, and didn't really do anything to the garment except make it less attractive. It's already unattractive on its own so don't worry about that. I had an urgent medical issue and had to take it off in front of my doctor, and he has had this image of me as a cross dresser ever since, (even with my explanation of what it is and why I am wearing it). I'd rather wear it and keep my voluptuous rack a secret than to run free and have everyone think, them's some big ones he's got.Keep this your secret, (but not Victoria's Secret).

The shirt fits well and does what it was designed to do. However, the stitching doesn't seem to be very durable. I've seen loose stitching on many reviews so hopefully the maker will resolve this issue.

Ordered to my size, but the shirt is way too big. It doesn't compress anything. I had bought this to wear under a Spider-man costume to flatten my belly. I'm not even a big guy...pretty thin actually, but I do have a small pooch that I was hoping this would flatten...it didn't matter bc the shirt is WAY too big, even though I did my best to go by the size chart. It's also too thick. The pic makes it look thin, but it's not. It's very thick material...like a rash guard or swim shirt, but thicker even. I was going to return it, but just decided to keep the thing and wear it while working out. There are probably much better options out there.

Great fit

It's just a very tight, thick tank top.No shaping or formed abs/muscles as pictured and described. It's just a super tight tank that's very thick making it extremely hard to get on and off plus uncomfortable to wear.

I've been wearing this nearly daily for about 6 months. I have a little excess weight and it always bothered me. Especially my sides. This cinches it in just enough to straighten out your silhouette.Order what size you comfortably wear in t shirts. I'm 6'1 215. I'm a sometimes large/mostly xl. I bought the xl and it's real tight, which is what you want.This won't make obesity disappear,{having been really heavy years ago, I don't think this would accomplish anything at all} but if you're carrying some excess weight it will do wonders for your confidence.

Excellent compression tank for slimming. I'm 5'6 with muscular dad-body. Medium was perfect. Difficult to put tank on at first until you figure it out (I found one arm and head first, pull it down as far as I can, then second arm and pull it all the way down). I had it down to a science after a week. I found tucking the bottom edge of the tank into the waistband of my underwear keeps the tank from riding up my belly during the day (total dad-trick).

Great product as advertised, I ordered a medium one. Im a size medium tank top. But I need a large. Would be a best fit id get a size bigger for future Reference

I saw a review suggesting to downsize - I disagree. I ordered XL (my usual size), it fits well does the job. I wish I would've thought to order it sooner.
