Only element missing from these otherwise well made sweatpants is back pocket. Very comfortable and warm. I'm 6'1”, 220 lbs. ordered XL and fit is generous and just the way I like it.

Husband a recent amputee of right leg. Lots of early morning appointments at VA. Mornings chilly in So Cal and these pants keep husbands leg warm and his remaining stump warm. He lost a lot of weight so I bought his regular size, Medium. These are fitting loose and baggy now, but these are comfy for him. Just what he needed to look presentable but comfortable for Doctor and PT appointments.
