Approximatey $40 for three quailty attachment is no a bad deal. The attachment are just as good as the ones on the gym. No complaints.

Didn't expect the quality to be as good as it was. The rope is good, you can't really mess up the V bar and the rotating collar on the straight bar moves freely. Can't beat the price.

Ok let me say this, after reading a few of the reviews I decided to jump on this deal, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. The three accessories were as pictured and definitely high quality. I used them the last 2 nights on my home gym, and I have no complaints. I would definitely buy again. The products are just like gym quality, and the finish is excellent. Definitely worth every penny, dont hesitate to buy this. Shipping was fast as well took 3 days to ship, thanks again to the seller.

Most home gyms have a cable attached to weights that can be used for triceps pushdown exercises of various sorts. You can also do triceps exercises with a barbell ("skull crushers") and dumbbells (kickbacks and various others.) The triceps are the three-headed muscle on the upper arm. Everyone is familiar with the biceps (Popeye's famous muscle that bursts out when he eats spinach.) But the triceps is an especially important muscle to work out if you are WOMAN because a firm triceps will keep your arm from having that flap that "flag waves" under your upper arm. (Of course it helps to lose weight as well. Fat seems to accumulate on that area.) It's actually a very large muscle, so working the triceps in various ways is important for men or women. So why these three different attachment? They work a slightly different part of the triceps. The rope, the v bar and the straight bar isolate the triceps and if you do each attachment as a push down, you will feel how the effort is completely different for the same amount of weight. For example, the rope theoretically isolates more of the lateral head of the muscle--the part of the triceps that is located on the outside border of the upper arm. If you look at a well-developed body builder, this is the horseshoe-shaped muscle on outside of his upper arm. Naturally, to develop the entire muscle, you should mix in other exercises like dips, skull crushers, overhead extensions and yeah, pushups, there are many, many. Some isolate, some use other muscles so each exercise has a different effect on developing the upper arm. In addition, these can be used for overhead pulls, biceps curls, lat pulldowns, so this is a versatile set. If you have acquired a cable machine with weights, this is a very handy set of accessories and in fact, this is probably my most-used set of attachments for our home weight machine.

I purchased this package of 3 cable attachments for use on a weight machine with a lat bar and row bar. I use the rope and v-bar on the lat bar, and the other on the row bar for bicep curls. They are perfect for the exercise that I require, are well made and sturdy, and came padded and packaged well. 5 stars for this product.

While searching for one of these items, we came across this package deal. Little leary at first, but we ordered anyways. Came in earlier than expected. My husband used them right away and was impressed with the quality! To buy these items separately would have been over $100. Definitely a great deal!

It was a great package, worth the price, and solid construction, I use it in combination with my Power-tec Lat machine and it is a great addition - I use the triangle bar for tricep presses, the rope for abs and triceps and the straight bar for bicep curls. Welds are very solid, very durable metal and in the case of the rope, very thick and durable rope and rubber. Definitely recommend.

If you shop around enough you'll fine the right product at the right price. I wanted a wide lat bar and a tricep (V) pull down for my home equipment so I looked and looked and looked. Each of these can easily run $30. Then I found this 3pc package and thought sure it was a misprint. Nope. I got the two bars I wanted and another 24' straight swivel knurled bar for under $40. The quality is top notch and these bars are solid. You won't find a better deal than this for a lat tower.
