Great handheld weighted ball to use for strength and core exercises. I have found it extremely useful while I am in physical rehabilitation center recovering.

While I will be keeping this ball as the price was good, I'm a bit disappointed that the wight inside shifts around which makes it a bit more difficult to use.

My wife use ld this in the gym. We no longer belong to the gym because of various reasons. She loves this and uses it almost every day in her exercises.

I have had this ProsourceFit Weighted Toning Exercise Ball for 1 year. At first, all was well. Over time, the ball has become sticky despite washing it, resulting in negative outcomes. The ball ruins the finish on wood because the plastic fuses with the varnish and peels it off. Thus, the varnish is on the ball and cannot be washed off. Notably, the ball is sturdy. Paying the higher price for the Thera-Band soft weight ball was definitely worth it b/c the exterior is higher quality.

I think this is perfect for lifting above the head, doing in-and-outs, and doing Russian twists. I don't mind the sand inside. I don't understand why others complain about that. It's not a squishy ball. It's pretty firm with a rubber coating. I haven't tried sitting on it, but for my purposes I think it's great!

I love this ball. It's so great for working out especially if your just starting and you don't wanna hurt yourself. I personally use this for squats and it works great
