the weight material shifts around inside the ball like water inside of a balloon. Can't even grab it properly to use. waste of $$$, should have gone to a local store instead

I bought this to use for myofascial release where my hard medicine ball was too hard and this works perfectly for my abdominal area, my serratus, my pecs. I can just lie on this ball prone and just sink in and I can see the gentle release rather than a real painful release of the hard medicine ball.The price of $9 tax was very reasonable. So far so good.

On advice of my neurosurgeon, I am enrolled in a muscle strengthening program to tackle my chronic back pain. The weight is ideal, I use it in multiple excercises. I thought 5 Ib may be a little less but infact when used properly, it is of sufficient mass (for me). It is made of top quality material, looks and feels sold. Construction is such that it is easy to move around and store, doesn't roll away. A 5 star product.
