I purchased this to replicate physical therapy exercises for my shoulder after surgery.Looked and weighed exactly the same as my therapy ball. I was expecting something a bit more "ball like" with a touch of "bounce". The therapist has me gently bounce this off the wall from a distance of about six inches. This ball has no rebound to bounce at all. Other than that the quality is perfectly fine. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Just did not suit my needs.

Ball is full of sand and has zero bounce. Return policy is the worst! Pick another brand & seller.

I use this for shoulder rehab after having two major shoulder surgeries. My physical therapist had me use one at the clinic and I got this to continue the exercises at home. The ball does what I need and was priced right.

This is the perfect weight for Tai Chi and it's easy to hold without slipping. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hurt too badly if I did drop it on my foot. My only issue is that it's never where I left it. My son and his friends are fascinated by this ball. They can't resist picking it up and carrying it around every time they pass it. It's like a teddy bear for teenagers.

This is a great fitness ball! My others also had sand, but this ball has an inner space with the sand so if you drop it (and you will), it won't turn to a solid odd-shaped rubber 'ball' that you will have to work to get soft again. I would definitely order again - different weights.

Another item for my son that keeps me from having to drive to a baseball lab. He says it works as expected and that he will be able to use it in the house on rainy days. I'm waiting to see how that works out.

Sand is loose in the ball, makes it awkward for tossing to a partner or moving around for yoga poses.
