I use this alot although the gym system I got with it , the extra weight of the crome bar makes it easier to lift the whole stack, I like this bar because it is wide and the wider I went with it, yay! the wider my latsimo dorsi got

This is a perfect additive for my home cable workout system. The one pictured here isn't exactly the one I purchased. Mine has black plastic knobs on the ends of the bar. Which is great as it keeps it off the floor. Everything on the floor rusts in my garage. I lean this in the corner and it seems to be holding up nicely.The swiveled connection point is well machined and fluid in motion. So it doesn't snag or catch while working out.Great product for a low price!

For the price, you can't really get better quality (feels like ones you'd find at any gym.) It swivels for the type of workout you're doing.

Nice heavy, quality bar at a great price. Comes with rubber ends not shown in picture. Knurled grips at ends and in center but not too sharp.

It didn't fit my half rack with pulldown due to it's width. I have to rotate the bar in order to keep if from hitting the uprights. So make sure you measure before you order.

This lat bar is well worth the money spent. It measures a full 1 in diameter, and 48 wide. There are 3 knurled hand holds on each side, and unlike the photo each end of the bar has a large black rubber round cap, about the size of a golf ball. The center section with the tie off ring is very heavy duty and will freely rotate 360 degrees around the bar. It's solid and built like a tank.

Solid lat bar although the one I received looks different than the one pictured in that mine has two rubber ends. This should last forever and the gnurling is really well done.

Bar works great. The main reason I got it was because the bar I had was padded, and it was very difficult to get my straps on. This bar is all chrome, so it's easy to wrap the straps around it. The only negatives are that it weighs a lot, so it's hard to get it on and off the hook while it's above my head. Also, the clamp part is pretty wide making it even harder to get on and off the hook. I'm guessing it's thick because it has to support a ton of weight, but still could be a little easier. I'd recommend it, I just have to fight with it a little to change it out.

This is a quality product at a great price. The bar is perfect for wide lat pulldowns but can also be used for close grip exercises.

Everything about this bar is perfect. It's a full size lat bar that is absolutely solid with very nice knurling on it. I've seen other bars at the store and this item is better and less expensive.

This lat bar is nice and wide, which is harder to achieve for me with some lat bars (I'm 6'3). Just so you know it is surprisingly heavy, so when used on a pulley system machine, be sure to add extra weight. Great lat bar.

as others have stated this bar is great. the grip machining is good, the bar is solid and has hard plastic balls on the ends that are secured with internally threaded bolts. the swivel bearing is smooth and well made. at 27.00 shipped with prime its a steal. have to order the short bar now.
