The weight is perfect for what I need it for. Wish it was more colorful but not much options in this type of product right now.

I bought the 8 lb for my 10 yr old son. It is easy to use and it is safe because is soft and no worries about dropping it. Probably a good intro weight devise before moving on to dumbbells and metal weights.

Nothing to dislike about this ball, it's perfect for the use I got it for. I put it under my hip when I sleep to relieve the pain I get when laying down!

I love this thing. Once you pick it up it's hard not to play around with it and get some exercise. It has a satisfying grip that is good for palm exercises. The best feature is that you can drop it on hardwood, tile, or carpeting floors and it just makes a squishing sound. No harm. Good for the downstairs neighbors.

Bought it for a holiday white elephant office gift exchange with a I wish I had that on my desk theme. I have a very similar, but now discontinued, version of this ball on my desk and everyone loves it. This particular ball passed hands to the max of the white elephant rules and then was re-gifted at the end to a disappointed previous holder in the exchange. It's the perfect size and weight for a small weighted ball, especially for a desk stress ball.

Is what it is, and does what it should. I noted some having issues with the sand "core" moving about but that is unavoidable obviously since filing the ball completely would likely take the weight to at least 10 pounds. It does not bounce but it's not supposed to bounce! It is highly graspable and in many types of handholds making it very functional as an exercise piece, which is the concept v. a recreational ball. Highly recommended.

This ball is the perfect weight for my shoulder rehabilitation exercises. I bought this to hold in my hand for the arm circles and it works great for this job. Yes it is very light but that is the level where I am now.

I use this for shoulder rehab after having two major shoulder surgeries. My physical therapist had me use one at the clinic and I got this to continue the exercises at home. The ball does what I need and was priced right.

This is the perfect weight for Tai Chi and it's easy to hold without slipping. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hurt too badly if I did drop it on my foot. My only issue is that it's never where I left it. My son and his friends are fascinated by this ball. They can't resist picking it up and carrying it around every time they pass it. It's like a teddy bear for teenagers.

This is a great fitness ball! My others also had sand, but this ball has an inner space with the sand so if you drop it (and you will), it won't turn to a solid odd-shaped rubber 'ball' that you will have to work to get soft again. I would definitely order again - different weights.
