I use this product for physical therapy, which is perfect , however, be careful where you leave/store it. I was leaving it on a stained wooden cabinet, and when I picked it up, it was stuck, and had “melted” the stain where the ball touched the wood in a perfect round circle. I then left it on a kitchen counter, and it got pushed against the wall. When I picked it up the next time, it was stuck to the wall, and removed a chunk of paint! Very strange. The ball itself, however is great! Just be mindful where you leave it.

I have the 4lb and 6lb next to my home desk. Wow! These are fun to play with and a big help! I have bad posture/forward shoulders as I am at my desk way too much. I've started to have not just sore lowerback, but sore midback that's irritating to get to. I keep these at desk and just toss the 4lb one hand to hand, over head and behind and I feel my back pop, shoulders loosen up. I got the 6lb one for a little more work, but the 4lb fits my hand better for tossing. I have small hands, so included a pic to get an idea of size.

I got this because I was using one at physical therapy; this one is the same weight (3 lbs) but slightly larger so I can't grasp it the same way because my hands are too small. I can use it as long as I hold it, palm up; palm down, I'll drop it (it's soft so dropping it is ok). I'd have liked to hold it both ways but, oh well, it still does the trick for body work.

i thought it came in a pair, but no. it's only 1 item that came ... hahaha now i have to buy another one againball size would not fit nicely in the palm of a woman's (unless u have big hands)
