2 extra pounds can work arms and core a tiny bit mire during yoga, nicer to hold than dumbbells/soup cans. Squishiness works to strenthen hand and grip, too. I would not recommend for fast movement of walking/running since contents shake like maracas and can upset your balance/fatigue hands.

After having rotator cuff surgery, I went to physical therapy. This is one of the tools they used to strengthen my arm. They recommended that I get one for exercising at home. I marked it down 1 star because the ball isn't as full as the one at therapy. It makes it more difficult to handle. However, it is a good weight and quality.

I really need to start looking at dimensions, thought this ball would be a lot bigger... so cute though. Gave me a good laugh...

These weights are very poor quality and the seller doesn't stand behind the product. They have a weird crunchy feel to them and are not like what I had been using at my gym. The quality is very poor. DO NOT BUY these. It seems they cannot be returned. A total waste of money.

Thick material, nice size, easy to grip with one hand, about the size of a large grapefruit. Perfect for at home physical therapy. I'd buy another

These have been durable. Have had them for months and use them daily during high school baseball practice for arm conditioning.

Is what it is, and does what it should. I noted some having issues with the sand "core" moving about but that is unavoidable obviously since filing the ball completely would likely take the weight to at least 10 pounds. It does not bounce but it's not supposed to bounce! It is highly graspable and in many types of handholds making it very functional as an exercise piece, which is the concept v. a recreational ball. Highly recommended.

The first thing you notice is the terribly offensive odor of the ball. Tried washing and airing it out to no avail. Giving it a 1 is stretching it. Absolutely would NOT recommend this item. I trashed it.

This ball is the perfect weight for my shoulder rehabilitation exercises. I bought this to hold in my hand for the arm circles and it works great for this job. Yes it is very light but that is the level where I am now.
