I must have missed it - you only get one for this price. (That must explain why it's about half the price of a set of hand weights!). One star for not making that perfectly clear to me before I purchased it.

I did not just spend 9 dollars for this thing. Its just like a cheap Walmart bouncy ball for kids with round lead balls in it.

I bought this fitness ball to use as a neck massager of sorts. My friend suffers from migraines, as I do, and she was told by a professional to lay with a ball like this under her neck until her tight muscles released. I have tried this with her fitness ball and it works great, so I bought this with the same purpose in mind. This ball is bigger is circumference than what I had hoped for and is not tightly packed. I needed it to be tightly packed in order to use it for what I had in mind. I released some air from it, but it doesn't do the trick. I'm sure it's great for exercise, as that is what it was made for. The ball itself seems to be good quality.

I LOVE this ball. I keep it on the couch and use for light exercises while watching tv. OR for a more intense workout, stand up and shift it to and from left/right hand, up and down/side to side. Is fun, easy and the perfect size and feel. I like it so much that I ended up buying the next weight up too.

These are perfect for using an exercise program. I've done sports medicine for 30 years and these appear to be good quality. Time will tell, but I think they will last for a long time

Okay. doesn't hold the extra air needed to keep it rounded along with the sand inside. Need to pump air in fairly often.
