This stuff works great! It stays for about half the school year before starting to peel, which I think is a decent amount of time! Smells a little funny when unrolling it.

Used this on a vinyl-laminate floor for a student dance to define spaces for the dance floor, photo booths, table areas, etc. It was walked, danced and spilled on by 200 kids for 4 hours. None of it scuffed or peeled up. All of it removed easily and cleanly off the floor without leaving sticky residue. Impressed.

I got into a fight with the old lady so I went out and got a roll of red and taped a line right down the middle of the house. I told her if she crosses it, I'm filing papers. So far 3 days in and it's still sticking to the walls, ceiling, half of the oven, the half of the sink that drains slow, and even the garage floor and car surfaces. I'm pretty confident this stuff will survive longer than my marriage at this point.

Color was what I was looking for. Holds on inside house doorway well. no curling. Enough to finish my project on the roll. Had a very mild chemical smell only while I was handling the roll while applying to doorway.

I use these on Jiu Jitsu mats for in-house tournaments. They stay on well while we need them, then come off without issue at the end of the day.

Bought is to use on my walls for color blocking. My wall are textured.With the tape being similar to stretchy electrical tape, just pulling the tape from the roll stretches quite a bit.I cut long strands and taped to the edge of my dresser to let them settle before placing on the wall.I was able to remove and replace without peeling paint or making the tape less sticky. If that makes sense.Overall the tape is still going strong and looks great even on the textured surface. Highly recommend for a project like mine! :)

So I got these gym mats to cover the concrete floors in my garage for my home gym. I just had foot surgery and was very paranoid about tripping over the seams or getting caught. I tried black duct tape and it peeled up by its self within 24 hours. I then found this tape, and thought I'd give it try. It's been a couple of weeks and it's still holding strong! Extremely pleased and exactly what I was hoping for!

Using this to seal the edges of our apt window screens that the apt staff doesn't think needs to be sealed. Lots of little bugs were coming in making the screen pointless. Ever since I put this on, haven't had any bugs inside. The color isn't as white as the screen/window, but it's not that noticeable, especially if you aren't necessarily looking for it. There's also so much left over that if it comes off for any reason, there's plenty to replace it, it was very easy to apply. Very happy so far!

We use it at our skating rink with a wood floor to draw our figure circles. It is durable as many people skate over them during public sessions and it has not come off after having placed the circles two months ago.

I personally did not feel like it was New tape. To me, it appeared to be just outside of its shelf life. Like black electrical tape that is getting old. Maybe the tape roll was overheated. I purchased two rolls of different colors and they are both the same. The tape is still useable, maybe it was just manufactured to different specifications. I know what new, good, fresh vinyl tape should look and feel like. To me it's questionable.
