For all that money you pay I expected it to be heavy duty! With a child throwing/rolling the ball, I wouldn't expect it to move. With me or my husband, that guard does shift/jump back. We use it outside for fun! Gets the job done! Very wide wingspan which is good! More companies need to make this type of product!
