My chiropractor recommended I get one of these balls to roll around on to work the knots out of my back. Does the job great! It is soft enough to give a little and smooth enough to roll easy over clothing. I was using a baseball. This works much better. I keep on at work too and put it behind my back in my office chair. Provides a great pressure point.

Great price and they are sturdy but these stink so bad like borderline intoxicating. I'm going to try washing them and see if the smell goes away.

I recently enrolled in a fitness program where the LAX ball is used often as a means to loosen muscles. Solidly manufactured, surface provides enough friction to stay in place. Will buy again if needed.

I get horrid knots in my shoulders and these are absolutely perfect for massaging them. I just stick one in a longer sock.

I bought this for physical therapy on my shoulder, per my chiropractor. Oh my goodness, it works better than a tennis ball.It does have an awful smell, but it works:)

The balls did not have the logo and didn't come in the box. They were a cheap version of what is displayed in the photos.

I use these everyday to roll out my feet and calf's from running. I also use them to roll out my upper back. Don't really use them for lacrosse lol but they are a great tool for rehab.

I bought the lime green version of this ball and I simply cannot use it. It has a toxic smell. I don't know if it's the color or the material but it's not like the balls I've bought in the past. I thought the smell would fade over time but I still can't use it after a few months.

It seems it's hit or miss. You either get what you pay for, high quality and density lax balls, or they smell so bad.I'm using them as a massage aid and I physically cannot use them because the chemical smell makes me want to be sick. I've washed them with dish soap, soaked them overnight in hand soap, even washed them with tooth paste. At this point they are outside on my balcony hoping the smell gets weaker.

Never played Lacrosse but if your looking to roll out tension in your muscles these are it. Built well and of good quality will get the job done. So good ordered two more. Great Price
