I guess I could use these to rub out some aches and pains but I bought them for my 1 yr old puppy who can destroy any dog ball or toy in a matter of minutes! These are a bit heavy so we don't play catch with them but she will fetch them and so far has not chewed a hole in either.

I haven't actually used these for exercise. I bought them to roll out my shoulder muscles. Also the lower back and rib cage. They are the perfect size!

Was told to get these by a number of PT and OT individuals. I use them mostly for my feet, but can also use on back, outer arms, upper chest, etc. up against a wall.Great for relief and releasing tension in places which are hard to do on your own.

Neither of the humans in our house plays lacrosse. I can't speak to this balls performance in a game but for our pit bull, it's a game changer!! This ball gives her over a year of entertainment! We do run them through the dishwasher every so often and when they come out, she acts like it's a brand new toy. She's gotten the guts out of 'indestructible heavy chewer' toys in a couple days, so it's with shock and happy surprise that this ball lasts so long

Sometimes you need a sturdy piece of something to lay behind your back to work out a muscle knot. Foam rollers are too big or squishy. Tennis balls aren't solid enough. These lacrosse balls do the trick!
