After the mourning dog walk, I use a lacrosse stick and these lacrosse balls to play fetch with my large (standard-size) golden doodle. After a year of daily dog fetching use, these balls are still working great. I will purchase them again when I need a new pair.

Good quality, very pretty, but have a heavy chemical odor. I use these to roll out my muscles, so the odor matters to me a bit more. I ordered the two pack of multicolored ones. I've bought quite a few lacrosse balls and never had an odor like this before. Tried washing them with soap and it made it worse. They're currently living outside in a hope the odor goes away. I ended up going to Acadamy and buying a pack and zero odor.

I throw these in the freezer and pull them out to roll out muscles. Great for tense back and leg muscles, maybe in conjunction with a foam roller for bigger muscle groups (the lacrosse balls are a little direct for glutes, hamstrings, lats). Perfect for rhomboids, traps, rotator cuff muscles if performed carefully.

Love this ball for my back! Roll it against a wall for a massage, for physical therapy. It attracts lots of dust though.

These have a terrible smell. Sure, I don't actually play lacrosse with them, and if I did, maybe the horrible chemical stench wouldn't matter, but using them as foot rollers, well, they stink. They do the job but dang. I've had them for weeks, and though they've gotten a bit better, the smell is still there. For my purposes, I think a tennis ball would have been better, as these are a bit too hard. And a tennis ball wouldn't stink... just sayin'.

These probably work fine as lacrosse balls. I got them as massage therapy balls. But they have a terrible chemical smell that is pretty much intolerable. The fumes coming off of them cannot be good for you.

I bought these in the bright orange because I keep managing to lose my lacrosse balls. These have been great for toe stretches and for massing the bottoms of my feet and my legs.

This thing is my savor when it comes to pain relief! I work out a lot and often develop tightness and knots in those hard to reach areas in my shoulder blade region or my low back and glutes.. That's where this little guy comes in. I use it for self-massage on my rhomboids and traps, either leaning into against the wall or lie on top of it on the floor. It provides very strong pressure, so go easy if you try this at home and be careful you are not grinding into your spine. I have worked my way up in terms of pressure for years, so start slowly if you are going to try this at home. Probably better to get guidances from a massage therapist or physical therapist first, but I was a CMT for years and nobody pushes like this thing!!!

Great quality lacrosse ball. We use it for the dogs. Get the blue color since dogs see blue the best. This ball is all natural rubber and safer than a tennis ball. Also got a second one for massages.

Great value for the money. Plus on versatility as we use them to play fetch with our black lab. He destroys tennis balls so quickly but these lacrosse balls perform extremely well!
