Awesome ball that I bought to throw around and think back to HS gym class. We used to use these balls for a free for all dodge ball game called "I Got It'. These balls can go fast, hit hard, and not hurt. The skin on the ball gives good grip while the soft foam inside makes it easy to throw. When you grip the ball it can breath and let out air as well making it easy to hold on to. This ball is also a little smaller than the ones we had, but less $ as well. The ball has a diameter of 7inches so it is still a good throwing size in adult hands, but it is small size.

Amazing! I love having these things at our summer camp. Everyday all the kids want to do is play dodgeball. As long as they don't squeeze them which detaches the skin from the foam, they will last a long time.

This ball is used in an arthritis exercise program I go to. I ordered it and have not been disappointed. It is great working out with this ball...It is great for your hands and fingers , and seems to give you better mobility. It is also great for exercises with your knees and legs.Great tool is you have arthritis.

Ever got hit in the face with a playground ball? The rubber kind? It stings not only the pride but your face. These balls are NOTHING like that. I have gotten hit in the face by an adult with this and it didn't hurt. These are GREAT and surprisingly durable. I have had MANY dodgeball tournaments and these RHINO balls can take EXXXTREME punishment and abuse!! Squish them, they bounce back!
