Unlike some of the other reviews, I received exactly what I expected. It was made of a strong woven material, w/ no plastic nor rubber. Much like the one used at my PT sessions.

Not really...but it is a heck of a lot easier that strapping a belt around your foot, and trying to maintain that stretch. It is used where I go to therapy, and I'm glad I purchased it.

This stretching strap is great. I had a herniated disc and have to do stretch exercises twice a day. This strap is very comfortable and easy to handle with hand grips. The quality is very good and durable.
