I am going through chemotherapy for a cancer diagnosis and have found that many of my usual foods taste just awful. I am always looking for stronger-flavored foods these days as they are more easily tolerated, as well as softer, easier to digest foods with protein and iron. I also want stuff that is easy for my caregivers (aka my husband and young adult kids) to prepare. So I bought a case of Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs. I might have liked a few more meatballs, but overall I was very happy with how this tasted. It took me right back to childhood! Going through cancer tends to make one nostalgic for the good old days and this spaghetti and meatballs reminds me of comforting flavors from many years ago. And it's surprisingly nutritious if you read the label. Yum yum yum.
