The pants are great in most ways, but the dimensions are a bit off. I wear 30/30 and these are somewhat short (above the ankle) and ride aa bit low, so perhaps a hip measurement is more reasonable. They do have some elastic in the waistband and a snap rather than a button in the front.

Bought these for the style and the amazing price point. Pants are heavyweight with an amazing fit on the legs. A bit tight in my waist, but that's probably more a “me thing” than a fit issue. Will buy more.

I bought these for my son, he's a chef. He really liked them so I bought him 2 more pairs. He's hard on his work clothes but he said the first pair (bought three months ago) are holding up and look nicer than the elastic waist chef pants.

These pants are perfect for work if your pants often get dirty. I decided to buy a few pairs as a cheap alternative for work pants. I was tired of ruining high quality pants at my restaurant job. These pants are perfect for restaurant work. I purchased three pairs for less than $50. It was a very good investment.

I like the overall quality and sizing but it doesn't have a real button it's a snap closure at the front. I am 5'9” and 260 and I ordered the 44 and it fits comfortably with wiggle room.
