This is the best canned chili...period. I have worked in a small convenience store that served nachos and chili dogs, this was the chili they used. I fell in love with it then and an happy to say I've found it again! I highly revoked this chili for nachos, chili dogs, burritos, or just a bowl with some crackers.

Have been asked on more than one occasion if the gravy we serve at a monthly charity breakfast is homemade. I never take credit because it is so darn convenient to get out of the can, cut it with a little milk and water (to make it flow a little better) and serve it right up. Everyone loves it and we go through a can or two each month, depending on the number of biscuits that get put out.

I wanted to try this for Christmas because with 12 people I didn't want to take time hand making it this year and honestly I was so surprised. It's real close to my mothers recipe! Will buy again if needed

This is the best sausage gravy of all time...... on biscuits, chicken fried steak. It's fantastic. I know it's a large can I am now going to ziploc bag individual portions and freeze it

Great flavor and texture! I'm really fussy about texture and taste when it comes to chili and I was worried that I had dropped a lot of money on something that would end up being gross, but I was relieved at how nicely spiced and richly flavored this is. It's got nice texture too, smooth but still enough meatiness and beaniness to let you know that yes, this is chili, not just a chili-flavored tomato sauce. Lots of potential here, not just a hot dog topping. I split it up into a bunch of smaller amounts and froze them. Should last us quite a while.
