I ordered a size Large and I like loose and relaxed, it is for my pediatric clinic, but it could fit better. It might have a unisex design, so it fits like a mans shirt, not very flattering on the shoulder/arms and waist. Hangs on you like a oversized jacket vest. Still, I like it because it's a scrub lab vest and not a scrub lab coat which can get too hot while working in the long sleeves

After looking at this for a while I decided it was a very professional look. So I bought the navy scrub pants (same company as blues will differ), a pack of plain white T-shirts, this vest. I don't always button the vest, but once this outfit is on you look and feel professional. Between the pockets in the scrub pants and the pockets in the vest you can carry everything. Vest pockets are deep.

I ordered an XL, which is the size that I typically order to get a looser fit.I will be wearing the vest unbuttoned over a white blouse.I could have gotten by with a large but wanted to order large enough so thatI would not have to return it. I would recommend ordering at least a size up ifyou want to button it.

I was quite pleased with their purchase. I have cut my husband's hair for years and always had to change shirt afterward.
