I got this in a size small. The shoulders and bust fit perfectly but the waist and hips are too big.I can't order a size down because I wouldn't be able to get into the dress, because the shoulders and bust area would be too tight.The good thing about it being too big in the waist and hips, is that I can wear multiple layers of tights under it in the cold months, and it would still fit.Other than that, I like the style of the dress. It's very feminine and the material seems durable. I'm on the tall side 5ft 9 and this dress covers my knees. I got it in black. I would've liked if there were more color options.

Dress came out better than I anticipated. Only thing is, because it's stretchy material, it's little more fitting and a bit see through, so it's best worn with something underneath and maybe 0.5 size lager. Btw, right out of the bag could look way smaller than it actually fits. Fits more looser than at first glance.uniformAdvantage my to go place for all my scrub dresses!

Awesome scrub dress! Dresses in scrubs are so difficult to find. I appreciate the versatility, ease and comfort of this dress. I wish it came in more colors. I would buy more if they did!
