Love this dress! It is soft, stretchy and stays looking nice all day. Bought a size larger than i normally would to fit my shoulders and chest which made the waist a little larger than i like. I fixed that by sewing an elastic piece in the back. This dress is quite sheer! I bought a full slip to wear underneath it. I wish it came in a white fabric that would not require a slip.

I was having trouble finding any scrub dress to try on, even at the bigger scrub stores, so I was hesitant to buy one without seeing it. I usually wear a medium in Cherokee, so I just went ahead and bought the medium. It fits good! Only a little tight on the bust, but if you're smaller chested, it should be fine. A large would have been too big everywhere else. I am 5'8', and a little under 170 lbs, and the dress hits right at my knee, which I think is appropriate. It's a little see through, but I always wear a jacket.

I hate these dresses but had to have it for graduation so with that being said it's nice and does what it's supposed to do. I ordered a size up and it's a little big in the waist. Would order your regular size .

I ordered about 7 different nursing dresses for my pinning this was my favorite (although SIZE DOWN!). Runs very big (I am a size large/XL usually at 5'4 x 185 lbs but this large was just huge). Of all the dresses I ordered, I really liked the material of this one and it was the most flattering when I got my correct size. Very sheer though, a slip is definitely needed!
