These are comfortable and durable but run really large.

These pants are made of a good quality cotton fabric that's not too heavy. They have an elastic waist in the back part of the waistband with a drawstring. They fit quite well there room in the legs but I am 5‘4“ and they are just a tad long on me I always wear my scrubs out at the bottom they were what I expected

I bought them for after surgery on my ankle. Comfortable to wear. I just did not look to see if they were all cotton, which I wanted.

I have worn Cherokee scrubs in the past and wasn't overly impressed with them. However, this pair fits nicely and the drawstring does not loosen throughout the day. They are not stretchy but they don't need to be as the fit leaves plenty of room to bend and squat without discomfort. My only real complaint about these scrub bottoms is the lack of pockets. I work in an assisted living facility and tend to stuff my pockets with gloves, trash bags, etc. along with my phone and wallet to make my work day a little easier. These scrubs only come with two pockets on one leg. All in all, if I needed to buy another pair of budget scrub bottoms again I'd definitely consider another pair of these

Incredibly light and durable. An elasticized waistband would be nice, but the drawstring holds quite well. I like how quick they are to dry.
