Longer length, but that was expected. Requires hem line adjustment but fit is always better than petite size. Ordered large and medium sizes, medium perfect and the large too big.

These pants are great! They have several very useful pockets (for shears, stethoscope, and cell phone on one side and a gliding clipboard on the other side). The length is perfect (I’m 5’ 3/4” and the petit I ordered doesn’t hit the floor). They only thing I will say is that the elastic in the waistband is a little itchy, but I just tuck in my undershirt and problem solved. I will be ordering more of these for sure!

I really love the waistband on these. I've bought scrubs with drawstrings in petite and they sometime would slip down my waist throughout the day but these did not. They are incredibly comfortable and the fabric doesn't feel cheap. I got the size XS petite (5'2"/105 lbs).
