I ordered this in a size Large and it fit, a little snug where I'll just keep it unbuttoned, but that's due to me just being fat (big belly lol). But the arms and shoulders fit fine. I originally ordered an XL in a print (same brand) and it was HUGE! I am typically a 2X (42D bust).

Sleeve cuffs are tight and I am not big in size. I do order bigger scrubs because I’m always involved in situations that my clothing needs to be roomy

It is a little on the stiff side and light enough to see the blue scrubs underneath. It is also very "swishy" material. It's not what I expected.

My dream come true scrub jacket. I'm 5"3, 140lbs. The small fit perfectly. I love that it covers my bum...and the sleeves are not short on me but rather just at my wrists, the fit is relaxed but shapely and conceals my mom tum perfectly. I love this so much I stocked up on extras.

Fabric is a little stiff, I try to wash often, waiting for it to relax. But fits as expected, and really-just a uniform.

My elderly mom prefers to wear short-sleeved blouses but then complains of being cold! I ordered this jacket in khaki for her to wear to mealtime at her assisted-living facility. The weight is perfect! The ribbed cuffs keep the sleeves out of her way, and the pockets give her a spot for tissues or keys. She loves it! Now I just need to figure out other colors to coordinate with her wardrobe!
