I work in the ER and it keeps me warm, has lots of pockets for my pens and gadgets and even fits my phone in the pockets w/o it falling out.

I have tried other scrub jackets in the past that the sleeves are too tight. This one fits exactly as described. Not much stretch but it's loose enough it doesn't bother me. Would definitely buy again!
