This is the only brand that realizes that some people have bigger shoulders than others. That being said- easy way to make it fit better is to wash it in hot water. After you get the size you want stay away from hot water and the drier.

the quality is not bad.. a bit thinner and tougher than i thought.<br />but It's okay for this price.<br />i ordered XL because i wear L ~ XL for all of the brand and i like to wear scrubs little roomy, but this one feels a lot larger than i thought.<br />I recommend you to buy as your true size.

Slightly tight for a Large (I'm 5'8" & 180 lbs) but manageable. I think an XL would have been too big. Amazing how brands vary by size \ fit.
