I ordered an XS and an S and the difference wasn't big, xs was a bit more fitted and flattering and the S looks exactly the same when you adjust the waist string. I'm 5'5 127lbs, waist 23 inches and hips 38 inches.

These are very good, well fitting and well made basic scrubs. Plenty of good sized pockets. They've held up well after multiple washes. You can't go wrong with a pair or two of these in your closet. I'm 5'3 and 107 lbs with short legs and a long torso.. The Petite XS fit perfect.

as a small gal, my work clothes are always too big. These hit right below my ankle, they're kinda low rise which isn't my favorite but they're still very comfy. buy them!!

I'm 5'9 and can never find pants that fit my length, but these are great! I wear these for clinical and they are super comfy and nice quality!

I found scrubs that are long enough for me! Finally! Usually when they say longs, the length is still only to my ankles but these are actually long enough for tall people and I love it!!!!

These are a little too big but I really don't mind that since I work in a nursing home. If you prefer a tighter fit I would size down!
