Originally bought Med tall which were too big. I normally wear an 8 or 10. The small tall is perfect. The length is great and they are very comfortable. I was opposed to the waist but the ones with ties fall down. The knit waist is do comfortable. I will order more

I absolutely love these. I am not a huge fan of draw string scrubs, so these are great. These are so soft and so comfortable. I normally wear size 14-16 and got a large- they fit perfectly. Hands down the most comfortable scrub pants I've ever worn. Stayed put all day. They are a little long for me, but I'm 5'5" and the length is like all other pants on me- I have short legs, I suppose.

Very nice material and has good pockets for all of your Nursing needs! I’m 5’7 and about 140lbs and the medium was a little big around my waist and the tall was a little long so if you’re taller like me the regular should be fine for you! But I love them and they’re super comfortable

I am fit and curvy and I usually wear size 5 pants sometimes a size 7, in scrubs i fit into a size small, but these run way too large. I was very surprised since I am medium boned with a muscular frame and I am not considered thin and slender. I will have to shrink these in the dryer. If you have a similar body type I would go a size down.

These are pretty comfortable. Elastic band is soft. the only thing i didn't like was there is a seam on the knee and that rubs a lot when moving and walking.

Love love love these. The waistband is so comfy. Length was as expected for the petite size that i ordered. The fabric is not stiff at all. It’s worth a little extra money to buy these scrub pants, especially if you are stuck in them for 12 hour shifts.

I am 5.7 for 230 pounds (ugh, I know!). I thought Id give you my weight, clearly not for bragging rights, but so that it might help you pick the right size. I ordered a 2xl and it was too large. I will be ordering an XL instead.

Amazingly comfortable and soft. I purchased a pair at a scrub store and wore them for a 12-hour shift in the ER to see how I’d like them. They didn’t fall down or get horribly baggy. The waist band is stretchy too! Awesome price too...I got a top and pants on here for what I paid for a single pair of Grey’s scrub pants.

Super comfy scrub pants. The run a little big and are too long but still wearable. They feel like pajamas but swish when you walk. The material is soft but does attract lint easily. Over all I do recommend.

I am 6'1" and ordered the tall length. Normally "tall" scrubs skirt the top of my shoes, but these were even longer, almost puddling around my shoes. The waist band comes up higher in the front, which is nice if you have a pooch, but bad if you have a booty, as the back slides down when you squat or bend over (which I do a lot of throughout the day as a occupational therapist). I wish the waistband was a little tighter or had a drawstring, so I wasn't having to pull up my pants all day. The fabric is super soft and stretchy, which is a plus. And overall, the fit is flattering if you have a curvier lower half. Will probably stick to the Cherokee iFlex pants for my needs.

My new found favorite scrub bottoms! They’re perfect for me, which I am tall and a bigger girl in the thigh and butt area! These let me have room to move...without the waist to be too big. I love these!!!!! They have the curves in the right areas with stretch! Wore them last night at work and will be buying more today!
