Pants are not really tapered as the description suggests. I'm a smaller guy at 5'634; and 140 lbs so I got the XS short. But even being the smallest size offered, it didn't fit as well as my unisex dickies everyday scrubs pants in XS petite (neither in slimness nor in length). They have unfortunately been returned as the features were nice -- I liked that it had an elastic waist AND drawstrings. If you are looking for a more 34;modern34; fitting or slimmer fitting scrubs, I'd stick to unisex fits over men's fits. Companies seem to make men's stuff way larger than necessary (I can't even imagine how large the XXXXXL ones are)

Pants were probablyTrue to size but I bought a lot too big of a size. Going to keep it though because it's very comfortable.

Bought these for my son who works as a scribe while going to college. He said these are great since the elastic helps them stay up, and all the pockets are in the right place (side and legs). Also they have a fly!

Great fit, well made, quality fabric. Ordered men's because women's tall's are too short (I'm 6'2"). These pants are perfect-very pleased!

I purchased a pair of these scrub pants after one of my husband's major surgeries because who wants to wear house pants to the doctors office. I actually bought these and a regular pair of scrubs. He couldn't believe how comfortable and yet practical theses scrubs we're. These have a a comfortable waistband in addition to the ties, unlike traditonal scrubs which he was constantly fighting with. I'm actually ordering him more at this time. great buy. I highly recommend them not only to any medical employee out there but also for patients needing to wear loose clothing due to their surgeries.

Got these for my son. I like the fact that they have options for length. It is hard to find pants for someone that is 5'1". We still had to cut off a few inches but not 7 or 8 like some of the others. He loves the material and overall fit with tapered leg.
