In Cherokee, pre pregnancy I wore a medium and I purchased a medium and a large to see how they would fit. The large was HUGE and the medium was a little snug, but stretched out to the perfect fit after about an hour. The panel is comfortable but comes down pretty low towards the crotch area. I would make sure you wear a long cami! Overall these fit the best out of multiple pairs I’ve ordered!

I love these scrub pants!!! I wore a medium pre pregnancy and I ventured to get the same size and they fit like a glove, with room to grow. Very pleased with my purchase. A bit expensive but its worth it for the quality.

I'm a curvy 5'9 160lb lady, these hugged in all the right places making it a flattering maternity pant! Snug around the thighs and buttocks, long enough (always a problem for me) and supportive of my bump! I felt very comfortable in these, like pajamas but not with the look of pajamas. The only downside is the fabric tends to be 34;clingy34; my pet hair tends to hitch a ride to work with me but still worth it, not something a lint roller can't fix!

Im 20 weeks and 160 pounds. Bought the small and it fits great but not tight. Belly band feels lovely.
