For reference im about 5'5/5'6 and I fluctuate around 150 pounds. Im a little heavier now but the small still fits perfectly. I usually get medium in most items but the small fit perfectly even with a larger bust. Id say size down unless you are in the plus-size range, where I have heard its more true to size. Nice fit, flattering cut, and comfortable. Im getting a few other colors .

the color is a bit different from my wine scrubs but that's to be expected. the wine colors are very hard to match with it being wines, burgundy, and maroon ish colors. i love the jacket. i don't see any seams really. fits great comfortable. the arm length is amazing since i have very long arms. definitely worth the purchase. my breast area is large so this size 2x fits great really.

I like the sleeve length and color, however it is very baggy compared to how the model is wearing it. Sizing down is the best option.

I work in a dental office all day and I need a jacket to keep my arms covered and protected. The sleeves on this jacket are long enough to tuck inside my gloves and I can use the full length of my arms. The fit is a tad loose so definitely size down, however I prefer a looser fit with my scrubs for easier movement. The price is just right and the material is lightweight and breathable which is highly needed when wearing it all day. A really good buy if you're in the dental field and don't mind a jacket getting dirty.

I work in a dental office and wear this jacket almost everyday! It is a good durable material, especially since it is washed very frequently. It is thick enough to keep me comfortable throughout the day!

This jacket is just what I expected. I have a couple of others in extra large and they are too big. This one fits nicely and is a very pretty color I ordered the wine color and plan to buy another in a different color.
