I'm 5'4" / 160-165lbs. Size 12/14. The size Large fits perfect! Plenty of room to wash and shrink OR grow into! (Hopefully neither!) Lol. I like my scrubs loose. So I'm very happy with the size Large Might be ordering another pair (great price for the set)

Good choice for the money, but fabric a bit stiff even after washing. Being used as school uniform for HS male in health careers program, so for him it's great, he only has to wear it a couple of days a week for 4 hours.
