This cute lift-the-flap board book takes a favorite babyhood activity to a whole new level. On each two-page spread appears the question “Peekaboo! Who’s there?” and an animal covering his eyes. When the reader lifts the flap, there is the same critter in action: playing polar bears and a climbing snow leopard, for example. Cocoretto’s bright illustrations of smiling creatures in their natural habitats add to the charm of this baby-friendly introduction to the animal kingdom.
