These were perfect for a first timer. I managed to temper the chocolate and get it to create the shell before stuffing them with Gamache. My only issue with the brown molds was that it was hard to see if the chocolate was ther and hardened in between steps. So my tip is to buy a colored set instead unless you plan to make white chocolate. But the molds themselves are lovely and easy to use.
