I bake a lot and these are really handy in making chocolates however I did find it a bit hard to pour into the molds, I think the flexibility makes it easy to remove the chocolates once they are cooled but it hard to pour in since they are really flexible. So I would place it on a hard surface and let them cool slightly before you scrap off the excess. Other than that they are great and they mild really good into the shape of the mold. I would also spray the molds with a coconut oil spray before so it’s easier and looks nicer when you take them out. Or whatever kind of oil you like.
