I like to take coconut oil as a supplement and got tired of digging into a large jar with a spoon, so I started making chocolate sized lozenges for convenience, keeping them in the fridge. Initially I was using chocolate molds to cast separate pieces, but it was too difficult to get the pieces out after they hardened. So I decided to try the break apart design. These molds were tricky to use at first. I had to lay them on a cutting board so I could transport the filled molds to the fridge without spilling. Once the oil is solidified it is easy to peel the thin molds off and break the lozenges apart. This is also a good way to store the oil for cooking, as you can simply take a few out of the fridge and throw them into a pan. I'm glad I got these.
