In doing personal research I have decided to go with oils, like organic avocado, and organic olive oils for my families' health and they taste good in and on our food, as well.

The non-aerosol can is wonderful! This is a great product, but a bit pricey. So we only order when it’s on sale.

This cooking spray is good stuff. I do find it difficult to use the spray nozzle, however.
