Causes: Job Training

Mission: Providing responsible evangelism, leadership, development and humanitarian assistance.

Results: Go to cwomissions. org/financials/ to see our 2019 Annual Report for information on our impact in Burkina Faso, Haiti and Zimbabwe.

Target demographics: People who have been left behind and shunned by society; those needing an education, food, medical attention and leadership skills.

Direct beneficiaries per year: More than 6,500 people in throughout the 3 countries where we serve.

Geographic areas served: Burkina Faso, Haiti, Zimbabwe

Programs: In Burkina Faso we help to educate young at our vocational school, the Village of Opportunity. Women learn sewing and cosmetology skills. Then they find work or start their own businesses. We also have a Mobile Clinic that provides medical care in rural areas by partnering with local churches. In Haiti we also have a vocational training center for women, the Feminine's Training Center. We have graduated more than 4,500 women and helped them to find work and start their own businesses. The Children's Feeding Program feeds 60+ children twice a week with a hot meal and Bible stories. We provide leadership training for our pastors, helping them to lead their churches and communities. The Great Discovery is an annual outreach to share Jesus with those who have not heard the Gospel. In Zimbabwe CWO cares for orphan and vulnerable children with the OK Kids program. We work with local families to help support the children, providing love and care, medical assistance, school fees and an opportunity to go to Kids Camp. Pastor leadership training offers pastors additional biblical training and leadership skills training. We work to make a difference, one life at a time!
