This is a very nice root beer candy. Being somewhat of a root beer candy connoisseur, I have to say this is a delicious root beer candy. Some traditionalists may decry the fact that it's not shaped like a barrel, but you should not let that shape your choice.

I can tell you that 5 years ago I found these on a rack by the register and did like all consumers do and made an impulse purchase. I can tell you that ever since then every purchase I've made has been anything but impulse! They flavor, from start to finish, is absolutely spot on! And I'm one that tries his hardest to NOT bite into them but rather allow it to just jostle around in my mouth alliwing the flavor to slowly eek out!And this is a surprising note, as a diabetic and eaten with some constraint, they don't affect my daily readings too detrimentally! And they sure help alleviate the constant dryness I suffer from!As for sticking together, keep them relatively dry and none will stick to their neighbor!So, to end, authentic flavor start-to-finish. Do not stick together making a slimy mess! And they taste good!

liked this, it costs about the same per pound and comes in one plastic bag. Compare to the 6- or 12- bag packs that come in a plastic wrap at least as big as this bag.
