I took my first pill yesterday just one and 6 hrs later I had cramps they were tolerable then today Saturday 10:00 am been to the restroom 4 times . It works I have such a hard time going to the restroom usually I get that sticky poop and I feel dirty and bloated can't wait to see when I start taking 2 pills.

I'll keep this short and sweet. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, and DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT take more than what is recommended.This works and you will be on the toilet every morning. Stay hydrated and try to drink a gallon of water or at least 90 oz a day. This helped tremendously with my bloating and constipation and would definitely recommend if you need to clear bloating. I've only lost a few pounds but my stomach looks great! Go ahead and give it a try.

My husband and I tried it and we're happy with the outcome.My husband, has particular tummy issues. He avoids foods with high fibers that causes him gas. He gets bloated easily and sometimes cant poop for days. And when he does poop, he relieves himself all at once. So most days out of the week he carries poop and toxins that make him feel miserable. His stomach breaks down food fast but his vows movements are slow. These tablets helped him breakdown feces daily and helped him poop daily. Which is amazing! Like his vowels we're actually moving and he was pooping normally. I actually pray that this sticks around after the 14 days are over.Me, I don't have stomach problems. I tried it with him. I took it at night and in the AM i felt pins and needles, letting me know poop was coming. The tablets more breaks down feces making it easier to poop daily.We both felt GREAT after pooping thou. Not carrying around toxins, making us feel gross.I recommend staying very hydrated thou. You cant take poop pills and not be hydrated. Cause if your body is relieving itself quickly and all at once, you may end up in the ER for fluids like some ppl. One tablet in the evening is plenty. I def recommend these for a decent cleanse.

I'm on day 1 and I don't know if I want to continue LOL. Took one pill last night.. it's 7 hours later and I'm on the toilet. Cramps started out of no where and then BOOM. I was running hunch back to the toilet. I will say I have GREAT energy this morning, and it's not because of my sleep, I slept horrible lol. I'll update this if I decide to continue.Update: I haven't taken it again since because I went to the bathroom 3 times within the first hour of being awake. I'll update again if I start. I recommend drinking a lot of water and I prefer to take these during the day versus at night because when you take it at night you're going all day long so if you take it during the day you're going more or less at the end of your workday versus throughout the workday! DRINK at LEAST a GALLON of WATER!!!

I was honestly a little nervous to start taking this because some of the reviews sound pretty wild. But honestly I feel like I get the same effect if I take too much magnesium.Product works fine. I didn't lose any weight. Nothing to really brag about.

Maybe I'm already cleaned out but I didn't have the experience I feared. It def made me poop big that first morning and then it was just a normal experience. I drank plenty of water so I didn't have the cramps either thankfully.

I am on day 3 and have no idea how people do this for 14 days. These pills are basically laxatives on steroids and today was the worst of the three and I'm not sure I can keep going. The good news is just within three days I have lost approximately 4 1/2 pounds, that's a lot of poop lol!!It does work but not sure why today I feel so awful. Not only have I been taking the pills, but I've also been eating very healthy, only fruits and vegetables and grains. I figured if I was going to do the detox, I might as well eat healthy and not put any crap in my body during the process.Do not take these if you will not be close to a bathroom, I mean CLOSE. The snarl is also not like regular poop, it's a whole new level- beware!!

What can I say other then this stuff works. I usually fast for a couple of days to give the stomach time to digest any food, then take two of the pills. It starts to kick in within 24-hours, and I mean kick in, so it's important that you can set aside a day for just hanging out at the home because the urge to go will be overwhelming and you don't want to be stuck in a car when it happens. Make sure you give yourself at least half a day for your colon to empty and drink plenty of water to keep the flow going and to keep hydrated. The pills are easy to swallow and have no taste or smell to them.
