I am someone who will go weeks without a bowel movement and leads to severe bloating and feeling uncomfortable. I try to do a cleanse every few months considering I have a lot built up in there if you know what I mean. This stuff WORKS. I am on day 3 and have already felt so much better, cleaner and simply feel like I am actually cleaning out my colon. I would 100 recommend this product. So far so good!

I have issues with occasional constipation and it has progressively gotten worse as I grow older. I am trying to lose weight so I've been eating super clean. But I notice I don't release daily like I should. And that really messed with the scale. So I bought these supplements to see if they can help, well fear no more HELP IS HERE. I take 1/2 pills 3/4 x's a week and I am now releasing every day. It's great!!!! . Until you have to share the bathroom with someone. So, try to avoid that at all costs! Ha10/10 go buy it!!! Worth every penny

Definitely will clean you out completely.. Do not make any plans other than staying close to the bathroom.

All I can say is start with the lowest dosage and have Pedialyte or Gatorade on hand to replenish your electrolytes. I couldn't take them for 14 days, 3 was enough. I lost 4 pound total. It does cleanse. Drink PLENTY of water.

Got this some time ago and decided to finally review this. Well it works, works a little too well. Wasn't able to finish the bottle, maybe used 4 pills and that was enough for me! Be home, have a toilet on speed dial, you're going to need it.

I've definitely lost weight, and the product does exactly what it claims.I highly recommend if taking two that you stay home between meals.I won't get into gross details...

This product didn't taste the best but it is well worth is. As someone with chronic constipation is worked so dang good. I am super impressed and will be using it often.

This stuff is great. I take it a couple times a week before bed. Thankfully I work from home so can rush to the toilet the next day (a few times). It's amazing!

I used this product to get a weight goal prior to surgery. Long story short, Dr. Tobias works wonders. Please follow the directions on the bottle and take these at night. I have used a colon cleansers before so I knew what to expect but for first timers, be prepared to be on the toile. A LOT. Atleast you will feel lighter once it's all done!
