So I am only on day 3 of this colon cleanse and let me tell y’all, I feel amazing. I am typically very sluggish and have very limited amounts of energy. This morning I woke up feeling excellent. I have experienced minimal cramping (drinking about half a gallon of water a day) and have not had any out of the ordinary trips to the bathroom (maybe a little loser stools).If you feel like you need a factory reset for your body, I think this stuff is perfect!

I’ve tried many detox solutions in powder and pill form, this one does what it says and really works. Take 1 for the first 4 days then increase to 2 for the next 10 days. Drink plenty of water and eat a balance diet and you will see results. I will purchase again.

This Dr. Tobias 14 Day Cleanse supplement bottle does contain supplements that from my experience that do work both for the intended cleanse and even for body shaping goals (if you are working towards getting thinner). However, if possible it is most helpful to start out using just one supplement a day for at least a day or two andor longer (especially if you have to work a certain amount of days andor hours each week to at least survive andor thrive). This supplement has worked better for me than I originally thought it was going to, however because of this reason I only intend to utilize this supplement for 27 more days this year max from the time of this writing because of how strong it is for me. I purchased the supplement with keeping an open mind that my utilizing of this product would be short-term this year andor maybe resuming utilizing the product short term again next year andor the following year even with how strong it has worked for me (however I understand that other consumers reading this may obviously be able to utilize this product for a longer timeframe during a year timeframe).

It definitely works. Don’t make plans in the morning because it kicks in. First day I learned this the hard way- dog walk in the am and suddenly I’m sprinting towards my house trying to not take a dump in the street.

So I received mine yesterday and decided I would start it last night. I have been feeling bad with sinus issues and pretty much knew I wouldn't be going anywhere this weekend. So to start off I'm not a person that eats sweets, fried food and eat pretty healthy. Not to mention I do a cleansing here and there so I figured how bad can it be for me? Thought I'll give it a shot because maybe it will give me a real good detox before I start getting back into the gym.Well woke up this morning and felt nothing. Thought well guess that's because the pipes are probably pretty clean. Had my cup of mushroom coffee and felt a little something but it was just the normal going to the bathroom. So pretty much didn't do much but laid around waiting for the poop Armageddon and nothing. So finally decided I would go sit in the sun and then something inside me started to move and my stomach made a noise I have never heard before and I decided from reading the other reviews I should take no chances and head for the bathroom.Well that was at 2:33pm and I'm still seating here and it's 2:58pm. I have flushed 7 times and my God it smells as though something died. At this point I'm getting worried because all that's come out I know for a fact is more than I've consumed this past week. I'm literally sweating bullets and wishing I had packed an emergency kit of water, magazines, phone charger and extra roll of toilet paper and left it in the bathroom. Not only is the pipes cleaned at this point, I'm pretty sure it knocked the rust off. This is the first day.

Best cleanse out there. Just two capsules in the evening with results the next day. I ate clean for most the cleanse to help with the cleanse process. Will definitely buy this product again.

I took two pills as directed and had a very good bowel movement the very same night just a few hours later. Then I had another one a few hours later. I can’t wait to see how things turn out at the end of the treatment period!

This product works really well. I took one a day for5 days straight and went to the restroom once waking up. I would recommend taking it right before you go to sleep. About 30 minutes before you go to sleep. Then once you wake up, drink a bottle of water. I would 10/10 recommend this product. I will start taking 2 before I go to sleep and report back. So far so good. Cramps mean you need to drink more water. I drink 4-6 bottles of water and it flows right through.
