I rescued a pound puppy who was so filled with anxiety she chewed everything she could wrap her lips around. I purchased all the expensive heavy rope chew toys - she literally ate them in less than two days The tennis balls were perfect. She can chew all she wants and they are still intact plus fetch is fun too. These were much, much more cost efficient than the same ones that have the word dog on the package.

Tennis balls are pressurized and should have good shelf life. But several weeks after delivery, each of the first several cans opened had one or two dead balls. Will that be the case for all the rest?

They work great. They bounce when you hit them. They go back to the other side of the court. When that person hits the ball it comes back to my side of the court. It doesn't leave fur all over the court. When they get old my dog loves them. But they last typically a season. Or at least four or five months of playing every other day. But they bounce in a bounce back many many times

I've used the Penn balls for as long as I can remember. They're always good with consistent bounce. I will say though, that I never use the same can of balls again for play after the first day, or typically the same day with new players. That seems pretty normal to me, even at their escalating price.

I have been to every big box stores and even semi sport stores. I could only find fake dog tennis balls. Penn the best tennis balls and price was very low. Thanks
