I ordered a medium and it fits my 22 inch head well. Well made and inexpensive. Classic old school tennis hat. I am pleased with my purchase. There are two versions of this hat - a cotton one and a terry cloth one. I ordered both and like them.

I have been using this for three months and my sister cut my hair today. She owns a salon and has been doing hair for 40 years and could not believe how much thicker my hair was, without me telling her I was using something. I have fine, gray hair which used to break and split. I blow it dry and use a curling iron 5 days a week. I have NO split ends. I attribute that to this product and Carol's Daughter Goddess Strength. I am 59 and finally have coveted hair. I get compliments weekly.

I use for my hair. I started over a month ago using this product for thinning areas. My hair is in better condition than I can ever remember. So I wanted to continue using it.

To my surprise, there is definitely noticeable results in my skin after just one month of use. I did not expect to see a change in my skin. Looks healthier, less noticeable wrinkles, smoother appearance, and a wonderful healthy glow that I have never had before. I have new hair growth around my hairline, and my hair is a lot shinier. There is no change in nails so far. I will definitely continue to take this product on a regular basis. I feel like I have hit vitamin gold!
